Participants opting for the LACA-ABCr/LAPDiC combined registrations must also register at the LAPDiC Registration Portal.

Key Steps for Registering in Both LAPDiC & LACA-ABCr 2025
When registering for both the LAPDiC and LACA-ABCr 2025 meetings, it is important to complete the registration for each event separately. After you have finished registering for the first event, you must log out of that registration area before starting the registration process for the second event. This procedure is necessary even when opting for a combined registration fee and will ensure you receive separate registration numbers for each conference.

LAPDiC meeting bursaries
The LAPDiC Organizing Committee is committed to supporting broad participation through dedicated bursaries, which will be granted depending on the availability of funds to students and postdoctoral fellows. These bursaries aim to facilitate attendance from diverse geographic regions, promote gender equity, and ensure wide accessibility to the event. We strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for the entire crystallographic community.
Bursaries Available:
LAPDiC School Bursaries
Designed specifically to support students and early-career researchers interested in attending the pre-meeting LAPDiC School. These bursaries will assist with expenses associated with participation in the course. A limited number of bursaries are available, and all interested applicants must register for the main meeting. The total number of participants in the school is 50. For this reason, the selection will follow the rule “first to come, first to attend”.
Eligibility and Application
To be considered for a bursary, applicants must:
Be enrolled as an undergraduate, graduate student, or hold a postdoctoral position at the time of application;
Be registered for the LACA-ABCr 2025 Meeting;
Submit an abstract to the conference;
Send a motivation letter explaining their interest in the school and the need for financial support;
Students must provide a recommendation letter from their academic advisor or supervisor.
